Job Summary

The Facilities Manager provides oversight within Abbott's Corporate Engineering Global Facility Operations governance structure. Ensures key performance indicators, service levels, and contract obligations are achieved. Successful candidate will be stationed in Singapore report to Regional Manager, International Facilities Management.

Major Accountabilities

• Financial Stewardship & Cost Optimization: Ownership of OPEX, CAPEX, and project budgets with strict cost control, prepare and present budgets, forecasts (LBE), and variance analysis, identify and execute resource optimization and cost‑saving initiatives.
