Job Description
To support growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting a full-time Multi-site Facilities Manager to join our team primarily based in Co Cork
Note: This is a multi-site role covering five sites right throughout Ireland
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:00-17:00
**18-month Fixed-term Contract**
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and build a positive team culture
- Manage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planning
- Budgeting, invoicing, and H&S responsibility for all sites under their management
- Implement strategic goals, KPIs, and objectives
- Attend tier meetings, own facilities actions, and close them on time
- Resolve issues promptly to support operations
- Oversee site procedures, non-conformances, and corrective actions
