We are seeking an experienced facilities professional who takes pride in contributing to exceptional building operations and presentation standards. As part of our wider Real Estate Management division, you will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of our clientsβ assets.
This position in working across five retail assets, predominantly based in Chester Hill with frequent site visits to Burwood, Thornleigh and Dural. Duties will include:
- Ensure building compliance and drive engineering standards across the portfolio.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and presentation of properties, including security, maintenance and safety.
- Develop and enhance the teamβs facilities management service offering.
