Facilities Management & Services Manager is responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Facilities Manager is accountable for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and improvements, constructions, etc. to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. He/she also manages any building maintenance with things like heating and air conditioning, medical tools and equipment, to maintain its working conditions.

• Provide day to day leadership and management that reflects the Mission and Vision of the organization.
• Overseeing contracts and providers for services including, cleaning, maintenance, and construction.
• Ensures that basic hospital facilities, such as water, electricity and ventilation are well maintained.
