Job Description
Be part of a team providing facilities management services for schools in Singapore. This includes overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance for building and M&E systems, as well as services such as cleaning, pest control, horticulture and security management through appointed term contractors.
Assist the Senior Facilities Manager (SFM), Facilities Manager (FM) and Core Team in supervising site operations, planning works and services, monitoring contractors’ performance, and controlling the resourcing and support of subcontractors and specialists.
Investigate and analyse reported breakdowns and faults, recommend preventive measures, liaise with contractors on quotations, seek client approval for funding, supervise rectification and improvement works, ensure quality of work, and certify claims upon completion.
