Job Description
**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
***Multiple Shifts Available***
**Job Description:**
+ Complete maintenance work orders and tenant service requests in a timely manner.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical issues.
+ Repair drywall, flooring, doors, locks, windows, and other building components.
+ Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
+ Prepare apartments or spaces for new occupants, including painting and minor renovations.
+ Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure a safe and professional appearance.
+ Coordinate with vendors and contractors on larger projects and repairs.
+ Document completed work and maintain accurate maintenance records.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience in facilities maintenance and building maintenance.
+ Knowledge of HVAC systems.
