**Job Description**
This role supports Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) laboratory and office facilities by performing technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and building systems. The technician focuses heavily on preventive maintenance while ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical building infrastructure. The position also provides customer support and maintains accurate documentation for daily operations across two facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), air handlers, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
