About the Position
MacLean Engineering is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing facilities team in Barrie, Ontario. This role focuses on performing a wide variety of special project, equipment, building, and ground maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections, adjustments, and repairs on production and facilities equipment
- Install, dismantle, and overhaul machinery as needed
- Analyze mechanical problems and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance and address issues promptly to ensure operational efficiency
- Operate various tools, including drills, grinders, saws, and hand tools, to complete repairs and installations
