Hays Construction & Property is working in partnership with a leading property maintenance business in the Sheffield area who are looking for a facilities & Maintenance Operative on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing property management business, supporting a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.As a hands-on Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance works, carrying out void property refurbishments, communal area improvements, and supporting wider property enhancement projects. The role offers a varied workload and would suit an experienced multi-skilled operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
