Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.
This role is roughly 70% Facility Management and 30% EHS management

+ Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean. This is manufacturing specific and does not include gardeners, caterers, etc.
+ Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
