Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position supports facility operations, maintenance, planning and improvement projects by conducting facility inspections, coordinating repair/renovation work and analyzing space utilization for the organization. Responsibilities This developmental position filled at the GS-07 level with target GS-11 level. The incumbent will perform assignments under closer than normal supervision. The full performance GS-11 level of this position entails the following duties. Establish internal controls and audit programs for projects to ensure resources are effectively utilized.
