Core purpose

• Maintain, repair, and improve commercial properties to keep them safe, functional, and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• General repairs: Doors, locks, hinges, windows, drywall/patching, caulking/sealant, tile/grout, flooring touch-ups, furniture assembly/repair.
• Plumbing (minor): Faucet/showerhead replacements, trap/flush mechanism fixes, leak troubleshooting, drain clearing, seal/caulk around wet areas escalate major or code-bound work.
• Electrical (minor): Replace bulbs/ballasts, outlets/switches/faceplates, fixture installs, basic troubleshooting escalate panel, wiring, or permit-required tasks.
• Safety/compliance: Install/maintain smoke/CO alarms, grab bars, handrails verify work meets local codes and building policies.
• Inspections and PM: Routine walkthroughs, maintenance checklists, identify defects, document before/afte...
