Core Responsibilities:

• Lead governance of Fire Protection, Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Waste Management programs for the site, ensuring compliance with LEGO Group standards, insurance requirements, fire protection standards (e.g., FM Global, NFPA), and applicable local environmental and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain the site Fire Protection, Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Waste Management strategic roadmap, defining priorities, risk mitigation initiatives, operational resilience strategies, and long‑term sustainability objectives.
