Job Objectives Assist the facilities to achieve maximum efficiencies in terms of safety, cost, quality and reliability. Evaluate, inspect, maintain, repair, analyze and improve various types of facilities equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment. Duties and Responsibilities System ownership on design, installation, operation and maintenance of facilities mechanical systems pertaining to clean room, centralized air conditioning, Industrial exhaust and abatement, process utilities, DI water system, vacuum system, compress air system, process cooling water system, and other miscellaneous facilities mechanical systems to semiconductor wafer fabrication so as to ensure continuous supply of utilities and related facilities at the required performance level or specifications.
