CBRE seeks a Facilities Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building system operations and improve performance of areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems: Identify and fix issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance: Schedule and conduct regular maintenance tasks to prevent system failures.
• Inspect and test systems: Regularly inspect and test building systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Collaborate with other teams: Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement building system upgrades.
