Job Description
Job:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating all the predictive and preventive maintenance and repair work in Building Systems such as Pest Control, Lift servicing, Landscaping etc..
- Manage the addition and alteration works/projects related to the building systems to ensure timeline is met and within budgets.
- Monitoring on cost management, budget, supervising maintenance works performed by external contractors, handyman and technicians.
- Lead, supervise and train/develop technical skills for the team. Conduct daily briefing/communication with the team, highlight various functions and responsibilities for the different job tasks
- Supervise and monitor the maintenance service contractor and ensure maintenance work procedure is carried out as per scope of work.
