Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Facilities Maintenance Manager in developing building systems maintenance policies, practices, and procedures.
- Identify and develop plans to address deferred maintenance and renewal of building systems at Give & Go sites.
- Organize and conduct training for maintenance staff on operation and maintenance of facility systems.
- Develop and present proposals to improve reliability and cost savings.
- Safely operate facility systems to provide specified and reliable environmental conditions and utilities to production, packaging, warehouse, laboratory, and office areas.
- Troubleshoot, coordinate services to repair, maintain, calibrate, alter/modify and install HVAC, boilers, air compressors, refrigeration systems, chillers, heating and humidifiers, wastewater treatment, fire suppression, plumbing, drainage, natural gas, electrical, roofing, flooring, lighting, and grounds.
