Job Description

  • Work with one of the leaders in commercial property management as their Facilities Coordinator based in the ACT.
  • Excellent salary package on offer. 
  • 5 days a week on site and with a strong team as support. 
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and willing to obtain base line clearance. 

    • About the Role
    As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the client’s facilities.
    You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

  • Manage day-to-day operational and maintenance requirements of the facilities
  • Coordinate with management and subcontractors to report technical issues and assist with fault diagnosis and resolution
