Facilities Contract Support Administrator
Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm
As Facilities Contract Support Administrator, we’re looking for someone to provide contract administration support to both client and site staff. In this role you will be responsible for the company CAFM system, ensuring compliance on the contract and statutory requirements of maintenance activities are being adhered to.
You will also administer the PPM scheduling for engineers on site; support the contract manager with reports; raise purchase orders for materials & sub-contractor works and support client requirements.
