Job Description
Job Scope:
- Performing operations & maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems to avoid breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and rectify minor electrical / mechanical issues.
- Ensure all maintenance records and checklists are completed properly.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and contractors when required.
- Support emergency maintenance activities and breakdown response.
- Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Possess an AO/A1 Chargeman certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in operations/preventive maintenance of facilities ACMV, electrical or mechanical systems.
- Able to carry out preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting and basic repair works....
