Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands‑on and reliable In‑House Facilities Assistant to join our maintenance team. You will play a key role in ensuring our workspace, equipment and daily physical operations run smoothly and safely.
What you’ll do:- Carry out basic maintenance on equipment and machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and simple preventive upkeep.
- Assist with minor troubleshooting and repairs and coordinate with external vendors for more complex issues.
- Perform routine facility inspections to identify and report defects, wear and tear, safety hazards, and housekeeping issues.
- Clean indoor air‑conditioning condenser filters and dirt traps regularly to ensure efficient system operation.
- Support external contractors (e.g. pest control, cleaning, HVAC, and electrical) by escorting and monitoring their work on‑site.
