This position is responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, responding to urgent maintenance requests, managing third‑party contractors, tracking operating expenses, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. Led by the Facilities & Equipment Manager, this opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, building strong vendor relationships, and helping keep facilities and equipment operating safely and efficiently.
