Job Description
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Responsible for ensuring that all company facilities—including offices, warehouses, and project sites—are safe, functional, compliant, and well-maintained. The role covers preventive maintenance, repair coordination, asset upkeep, vendor management, and site facility support to ensure smooth daily operations.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Facilities Maintenance & Upkeep
- Conduct routine inspections of all facilities (office, warehouse, staff housing, project sites).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Coordinate repairs and ensure timely resolution of maintenance concerns.
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation standards, and general housekeeping of all facilities.
