Description of the Role:
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of logistics facilities while overseeing the end-to-end launch of new logistics hubs across the country, ensuring compliance, safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
KeyĀ responsibilities:
ManageĀ day-to-dayĀ warehouseĀ facilities,Ā documentation,Ā vendorĀ invoicesĀ andĀ maintenanceĀ records.
2.Ā OverseeĀ contractsĀ andĀ relationshipsĀ withĀ vendorsĀ (security,Ā cleaning,Ā maintenance,Ā equipment).
3.Ā CoordinateĀ procurement,Ā inventoryĀ ofĀ consumables/equipment,Ā andĀ payment/deliveryĀ processes.
4.Ā EnsureĀ healthĀ &Ā safetyĀ complianceĀ andĀ optimizeĀ spaceĀ andĀ operatingĀ costs.
5.Ā PlanĀ andĀ coordinateĀ maintenanceĀ activitiesĀ withĀ theĀ FacilitiesĀ Manager.
