Mindworx is looking for a Facilitator (Blended Learning) to deliver high-impact training that bridges the digital skills gap and transforms careers across South Africa. In this full-time role, you will lead the delivery of cutting-edge digital skills programs using a hybrid mix of virtual and in-person instruction. You will foster an engaging, learner-centered environment while ensuring all training content and progress track perfectly against national accreditation standards. The Tech Stack Deep-Dive Must-Haves: Training Environments: Blended learning methodologies, virtual/online classrooms, and extensive use of LMS software. Core Domains: Solid grounding or academic background in at least one key digital pillar: Business Analysis, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Software Development, or Data Science.
