In this full-time role, you will lead the Central East Prehospital Care Program, focusing on developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative educational strategies. Your expertise in clinical practice, Quality Assurance, and adult education will be key at Lakeridge Health as you engage with multiple ambulance services and fire departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive education initiatives for paramedic programs
• Facilitate training sessions both remotely and in-person
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve program delivery
• Support internal coaching for skill maintenance
• Liaise regularly with community services and compliance activities
Requirements:
• Paramedic training with relevant qualifications
• Proven teaching and training delivery skills
