Position Summary:
Assist in supervising a staff of facilities maintenance technicians who perform maintenance services, implement preventive maintenance programs and perform energy maintenance repairs for retail stores and company facilities, buildings and grounds. Desired Previous Job Experience/Education:
* Senior Technician
* Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance experience
* Ability to read engineering drawings and manuals
Minimum Position Qualifications & Education Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3+ years proven management experience within a maintenance organization
* Proficient skill level using Microsoft Office
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* EPA Type 2 Certification
