Job Description
Assembly / Fabricate Alloy (metal) product with acceptable quality with Tips welding technical skills per specification, products inspection, Data entry, etc.
Receives metal parts and initiates transactions in computer of material movement.
Studies blue print of part to be fabricated, computes dimensions, and plans sequence of operations.
Measures and inspects kitted parts to determine specification conformance.
Sets up and operates machine tools such as metal forming machines, drills, presses, pneumatic hand tools, and welders to meet part specifications.
Assembles, refractory molding and perform tip welding to assemble parts together per print requirement.
Perform beadblasting and flame-spray processes on products
Cleans and inspects finished products to ensure quality parts are produced.
Verifies conformance of finished products to blueprint specifications.
