Fabric Architect for a project with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide Microsoft Purview architecture
- Define and establish data governance standards, taxonomy, lineage, cataloging, and metadata management frameworks
- Support the integration of Microsoft Purview within the broader Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Platform ecosystem
- Lead architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Perform current-state assessments and gap analysis
- Provide architecture recommendations aligned with enterprise transformation objectives
- Define best practices for data discovery, classification, lineage, and governance enforcement
- Ensure alignment with Medallion Architecture principles
