The opportunity

We are looking for Managers with expertise in Business Valuations to join EY-Corporate Finance practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a prominent firm and develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring, and learning & development

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting and tax reporting valuations for corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and statutory/regulatory reporting.

  • Experience with valuation of holding companies, joint ventures, and intercompany interests

  • Exposure to engagements for intangible business valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); financial reporting; tax and regulatory compliance; restructuring and

  • reorganization; and corporate strategy under ASC 350, ASC 718, ASC 820, ASC 946, ASC 480, ASC 805 etc.

  • Experience with secondary research, report writing and detailed financial modelling....
