The opportunity
We are expanding our Singapore team and seeking aĀ ManagerĀ who can evaluate how technology is architected, deployed, and leveraged within a target businessĀ āĀ while applying a critical, dealāfocused lens to address core client questions in transactions. You will advise clients across sectors, support executive decision makers, and lead engagement workstreams across preādeal software and technology due diligence, carveāouts and integrations, and portfolio value assessments.
Your key responsibilitiesāÆ
Deliver end-to-end technology due diligenceĀ across a targetās technology landscapeĀ -Ā including proprietary software,Ā enterprise technology, data,Ā infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and delivery capabilityĀ āĀ identifying key risks, value drivers, investment needs, and operational implications.
