**Weekend Shift: 6 AM-6PM, $19/hour**
Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work with machinery? We’re looking for a dependable **Extrusion Machine Operator** to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
**What You’ll Do**
As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly and efficiently:
+ Set up and operate extrusion machinery following company standards
+ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs
+ Accurately mix and measure color compounds for wire coating
+ Follow detailed instructions for raw materials and mixing cycles
+ Perform in-process quality checks and document production data
