THE ROLE

Our recruitment team is currently working with one of the leading distributors in Canada. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Best Employers, our client continues to experience constant growth, with multiple locations across North America. The Delta location is currently seeking an Extrusion Expert to join the Outside Sales Representative, working fully on-site with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday. The client is looking for a go-getterwith direct distribution, mining, steel, industrial, construction, or fabricating experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve territory business objectives, including sales goals and growth targets.

  • Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.

  • Prospect through face-to-face interactions and cold-calling to establish new customer relationships and generate additional business.
