Job Description
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Food Manufacturing or Production-related qualification advantageous. Minimum 23 years' experience operating extrusion machinery in a food manufacturing environment. Previous experience in noodle, pasta, snack, or food processing production preferred. Experience with quality control procedures and food safety standards. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to troubleshoot machinery and process issues. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. Basic numerical and record-keeping skills. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate noodle extrusion equipment according to production schedules.
