Job Description
Your primary goal is to generate / produce hires even with limited resources, Must be resourceful & willing to source applicants from Facebook - our leading source of hires every month
Immediate Hiring,
Due to high volume of applicants, kindly check your email regularly for the Application Form, Schedule of Orientation & Partnership Agreement Signing and then GTKY (Getting To Know You) / Onboarding, usually on separate days
Permanent Work From Home, Must have their own laptop & internet connection
No necessary experience needed / open to all who are willing to be part of the recruitment team
Under graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be passionate with recruitment / sourcing of applicants
Commission Based Only / Independent Contractor
Php 3,500 per Successful Hire, No Base Pay, but if you're good at producing Hires we can absorb you as an Official Employee with Base Pay, ...
