Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sell products by establishing contact.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance, recommending solutions.
3. Visiting and quoting customers.
4. Following up on quotations.
5. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
6. Maintain quality service by enforcing company standards.
7. Invoicing customers and ordering stock to complete customer back orders.
8. Doing deliveries when needed.
9. Following up on customer back orders.
10. Completing customer planning and visits on Repsly.
11. Doing cold calls to expand customer base.
12. Arranging and doing demos on welding machines.
