Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for securing Permits & Licenses with various government agencies i.e, Development Permits, Building Permits, License to Sell & Cert. of Registration, Fire Clearances, Occupancy Permits, etc;
- Coordinate with concerned departments in preparing/collating the documentary requirements.
- Assist DHSUD and LGU in ocular inspection for purposes of verifying project status/development;
- Attend LGU meetings, committee hearings, and sessions related to the issuance of permits and licenses;
- Coordinate with an accredited bank for the opening of escrow accounts and execution of escrow agreements for the socialized housing requirement of various projects.
- Assist in the issuance of project individual titles of both horizontal and vertical projects; and
