Responsibilities

• Manage product backlogs via creation, refinement, and sizing of stories and related acceptance criteria
• Partner with Product Owners to review features, application requests, and platform design to influence our product backlog
• Relationship management across NA, EMEA and LATAM business technology leaders, defining adoption and feature roadmap timelines to drive xIAM use in region.
• Facilitate Agile refinement ceremonies and act as backup for Scrum Master as needed
• Partner across ISRM to define and influence security standards, application details, and intake flow process changes to better represent the identity challenges of the region.
• Perform demos to partners of new Okta/Auth0 features or xIAM developed custom features.
• Continue to train on the Okta and Auth0 platforms to expand product knowledge.
