**Position Summary**
The **Extensive Support Needs (ESN) Special Education Teacher** provides specialized instruction and educational support to students with significant cognitive, developmental, behavioral, and/or physical disabilities within a **Special Day Class (SDC)** setting. Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, the ESN Teacher develops and implements individualized education programs (IEPs), adapts curriculum to meet diverse learning needs, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth, independence, and success.
This position requires a strong commitment to supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities through individualized instruction, functional academics, life skills development, behavior support, and inclusion opportunities.
