Job Summary
The Export Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the efficient execution of export operations from purchase order to final delivery. Acting as the primary liaison for international customers, this role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages export documentation and logistics activities, and proactively resolves operational challenges to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as the primary liaison for international customers, this role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages export documentation and logistics activities, and proactively resolves operational challenges to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for international distributors and customers.
- Manage export orders from purchase order receipt through to final delivery.
- Provide customers with regular updates on shipment status.
- Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
