Export Coordinator

Location: Sunbury

Salary: £20, - £25,

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Fully Office Based

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Export

- Strong Customer Service Skills

- Must live locally to Sunbury

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their export needs and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders to arrange shipments.
  • Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process.
