Export Coordinator

Pace VIC are proud to be partnering with this highly reputable, long-standing manufacturing organisation who are continuously experiencing stable growth. They are currently on the lookout for an export professional to join their passionate and dedicated team, as an Export Coordinator.

Working within a dedicated team environment you will assume responsibility for the coordination of export documentation in this varied role. This position will see you handling export processes including the coordination of shipments, preparation of export documents and contracts, and liaison with suppliers, clients and service providers.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Obtaining product clearances from Quality Assurance
• Preparing and electronically submitting requests via Nexdoc to the Department of Agriculture for export permits and health certificates
• Obtaining EDNs electronically through Nexdoc or ICS direct from customs
