You will act as the primary technical authority, leading multifunctional engineering teams in the development of effective project plans. Your role will encompass coordinating improvements, navigating technical challenges, and driving strategic goals across integration engineering efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering planning and governance
• Mentor engineers in technical disciplines
• Support Knowledge Domain events and strategies
• Harmonize engineering change planning
• Collect and disposition Lessons Learned
Requirements:
• 15+ years in aerospace project management
• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering
• Experience across multiple development phases
