Become a key player as a Senior Staff Software Engineer focusing on SQL Server and Oracle binary log data processing in our Toronto office. Drive efficiency in our data services.
As a vital member of our Database Team, your role will involve creating advanced features to support our data infrastructure. You will harness your deep knowledge of binary logs to improve data replication processes and ensure the reliability of our services. Work alongside talented colleagues to foster a strong collaborative environment while addressing client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine strategies for binary log reading
• Reverse engineer logs to boost data replication accuracy
• Troubleshoot existing database transaction code
• Evaluate new SQL Server/Oracle features for integration
• Enhance maintenance of current data connectors
Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in Java, C, or C++ programming
• Strong background in SQL Server and Oracle
