Job Description
Join Elk Valley Resources as a Senior Specialist in Maintenance, focusing on operational effectiveness and equipment reliability in our mining operations. Elevate maintenance performance while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
You'll report to the Senior Lead of Maintenance Excellence and be instrumental in enhancing planning, scheduling, and execution processes. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including site teams and vendors, to resolve technical challenges and implement best practices in maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to health and safety programs and policies
• Implement compliance-focused technical standards and procedures
• Coach teams on effective application of technical standards
• Lead equipment performance investigations with site teams
• Contribute to maintenance projects and corporate initiatives
