As a key player in this remote role, you will focus on delivering high-quality outcomes while configuring the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform. Your responsibilities include developing and testing integrations, managing API calls, and ensuring successful deployments for enterprise clients. You will play a vital role in enhancing the performance of complex contact center solutions through innovative configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure contact center applications aligned with specifications
• Manage campaign configurations and system settings
• Test and validate IVR/IVA integrations and flows
• Write custom scripts for enhanced functionality
• Participate in client sessions, communicating effectively
Requirements:
• BA/BS in relevant technical field
