Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Surety Adjuster to join our growing team in Laval, QC. The successful candidate will manage and investigate surety claims, provide expert analysis, and coordinate a national network of specialists to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage construction contracts related to surety claims.
- Conduct investigations and interpret bond wordings and coverage conditions.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to sureties and insurers.
- Oversee and coordinate consultants, lawyers, contractors, engineers, and other experts.
