As an SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead, you'll engage with clients to develop effective onboarding strategies and facilitate workshops. Your role encompasses designing innovative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction through continuous improvement via feedback analysis. Additionally, you’ll coach junior team members to promote knowledge sharing within the team.
