Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Oversee the full student application and course registration lifecycle for Cardozo’s vast experiential learning programs, including: Updating and editing written application materials, including course descriptions. Coordinating information sessions and program-related events, including the Clinic Fair.
    Marketing program-related events broadly to students.
    Receiving, processing, and distributing applications to faculty.
    Matching students with clinics based on a ranking system.
    Facilitating clinic offers, collection of commitment letters, and course registration.

  • Collect and organize required documentation across concurrent workflows.

  • Assist with everyday administrative tasks as needed and/or when members of our small staff are out of the office.
