Martinrea is searching for an Experienced Tool and Die Maker to ensure zero downtime through effective tooling solutions. Bring your mechanical skills and training in a hands-on role.
The ideal candidate will possess a Tool & Die Maker certificate and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. In this position, you will maintain and create production dies while adhering to health and safety protocols. Additional duties include troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members for design enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain robust tooling systems
• Guide apprentices and junior staff as needed
• Troubleshoot undetectable tool issues efficiently
